AMR are one of the few companies in the UK to specialise in the supply, transport, installation and re-conditioning of Letterpress and printing equipment.
With over 40 years joint experience, the company has grown from a direct link with the establishment of the renowned Printing House Museum in Cockermouth, Cumbria, a showcase for Hand Presses, Treadle Presses, Etching Presses and Type Casting machinery.
AMR offer a full range of services including:
The safe transportation of presses within the UK and Europe including dismantling, re-installation and print testing. AMR has also carried out a number of re-location projects for educational establishments within the UK.
Sourcing and supply of presses and related equipment for Printmaking, small presses, hobby printing and bookbinding.
A reconditioning and maintenance service including engineering and supply of replacement parts if necessary. We are more than happy to assess a machine and give our opinion. Service plans are also available if desired.
